1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PawPair HQ™ ("PawPair HQ," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, services, or related features (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use PawPair HQ, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and truthful information.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authorization.

3. About PawPair HQ

PawPair HQ is a technology platform that facilitates communication between independent users. The Platform allows users to:

• Locate breeders
• Search for puppies, dogs, kittens, and cats
• Find breeding matches
• Schedule PawPair SafeMeet™ requests
• Exchange messages
• Share information
• Submit applications
• Maintain breeder profiles

PawPair HQ does not:

• Breed, sell, purchase, or broker animals
• Transport animals
• Inspect facilities
• Certify, recommend, or guarantee breeders
• Provide veterinary, legal, or breeding advice

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting passwords, updating account information, and all activities occurring under their account. PawPair HQ may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Marketplace Disclaimer

All listings are created by independent users. PawPair HQ does not verify the accuracy of every listing and does not guarantee animal health, temperament, registration status, pedigree, fertility, pregnancy, litter size, genetic testing, vaccination history, pricing, or user conduct. Users are solely responsible for evaluating listings and conducting independent due diligence.

6. Breeder Verification

Verification indicates only that certain information or documentation has been submitted and reviewed. Verification is not certification, endorsement, recommendation, inspection, accreditation, or guarantee. Verification does not indicate breeder quality or guarantee any transaction or animal.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide truthful information, treat others respectfully, comply with applicable laws, maintain accurate listings, and use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Users may not create fraudulent accounts, misrepresent animals or breeding history, upload false documentation, harass other users, attempt to bypass platform security, or engage in illegal activity.

8. Breeder Responsibilities

Breeders are solely responsible for animal welfare, health disclosures, breeding decisions, registration claims, genetic testing claims, pricing, contracts, and compliance with laws. Breeders agree to comply with the PawPair HQ Breeder User Agreement and Breeder Practices & Community Standards.

9. PawPair SafeMeet™

PawPair SafeMeet™ provides tools designed to support planning, identity awareness, documentation, and safer in-person connections. It cannot eliminate risk or guarantee another user’s conduct. PawPair HQ does not supervise meetings, inspect meeting locations, or provide security services. Users assume all risks associated with in-person meetings.

10. Messaging

The Platform provides messaging tools to facilitate communication. Users agree not to use messaging for harassment, spam, fraud, illegal activity, threats, or discrimination. PawPair HQ reserves the right to investigate abuse of messaging features.

11. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload. By submitting content, users grant PawPair HQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, process, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content solely for operating and improving the Platform. Users represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted content.

12. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. PawPair HQ may remove reviews that are false, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, misleading, duplicative, or in violation of community standards.

13. Payments

If payment functionality is introduced, transactions will occur between users unless otherwise stated. PawPair HQ is not responsible for deposits, refunds, chargebacks, pricing disputes, or payment disputes unless expressly agreed in writing.

14. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party providers. PawPair HQ does not endorse or guarantee third-party products or services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.

15. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, branding, logos, trademarks, graphics, and design elements are the property of PawPair HQ or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without written permission.

16. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by the PawPair HQ Privacy Policy.

17. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only. PawPair HQ does not provide veterinary, medical, legal, financial, breeding, or genetic counseling advice. Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPair HQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPair HQ, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, user interactions, transactions, breeding or adoption arrangements, animal illness or injury, veterinary expenses, financial losses, fraud, misrepresentation, data loss, or service interruptions. Users assume all risks associated with use of the Platform.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PawPair HQ, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your animals, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

21. Suspension and Termination

PawPair HQ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity and safety of the Platform.

22. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
